I am a native British English teacher. I have University of Cambridge teaching qualifications and many years of experience teaching in Spain.

I make the best use of technology in my lessons. I use screen-sharing so that I can explain language points to you during class. It's just like having me sitting beside you in your own home or office, though we can be thousands of miles apart!
Classes

Intensive Classes are for students who want an intensive course of study and are willing to work hard to improve their English.

Students who want a less intensive learning experience can choose my Conversation Classes instead.

Before every Intensive Class I will send you a Class Preparation Pack that can include the following:

  • Grammar
  • Vocabulary
  • Reading
  • Listening activities

Actual content will match your level and your study needs. The Class Preparation Pack is an Adobe Acrobat file with embedded multimedia.

Your Intensive Classes can cover any preferred area of English for Special Purposes (ESP) including...

  • General English
  • Business English
  • Medical English
  • English for Technology
  • Exam English for the Cambridge exams - PET, FCE, CAE, CPE
  • I specialise in the Cambridge First Certificate in English exam, having taught it for many years.
  • TOEFL and TOEIC
  • Selectividad

...and will normally be based on one of the excellent textbooks from my extensive private teaching library.

After completing the Class Preparation Pack you will have 30 minutes online Intensive Class with me based on the content of the Preparation Pack.

You can buy individual classes, though most of my students save money by buying a package of classes.
